Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a WOW Carwash prepaid membership plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Prepaid, Non-Refundable

All plans under this promotion are prepaid in full at the time of purchase. No refunds, cancellations, or partial credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused washes, early termination, or changes in vehicle ownership.

2. Membership Duration

 

• Your membership includes bonus month(s) as part of a limited-time promotional offer:
  

   

  • The 12-month plan consists of 12 consecutive months of service, but you only pay for 10 months — 2 months are included free.
  • The 6-month plan includes 6 consecutive months of service, with only 5 months paid — 1 month is included free.

• Your full membership term begins upon activation, which may take up to 2 hours after purchase (typically 30–45 minutes).

3. Non-Renewing Plan

This is a one-time, non-renewing membership. There are no recurring charges. You will have the option to renew once your current plan expires.

4. Vehicle-Specific Membership

Membership is assigned to a single vehicle license plate and is non-transferable. Any changes to the registered vehicle (e.g., selling the car, changing plates) must be coordinated by contacting our Guest Services Department.

5. Access and Activation

 

• Your plan is valid at all WOW Carwash locations.

• Access is granted via license plate recognition or when necessary, a windshield sticker, which will be applied by a Team Member.

• Please allow 30–45 minutes (up to 2 hours max) for your plan to become active after purchase.

6. Usage Limits

Your membership entitles you to unlimited car washes during the 6- or 12-month period, depending on the plan you purchased.  WOW Carwash reserves the right to monitor usage and may suspend or revoke membership access if abuse, or fraud is suspected (e.g., using the membership for commercial or shared vehicle use, or unauthorized vehicle swapping).

7. Promotional Offer

This offer is valid for a limited time as part of WOW Carwash’s “Christmas in July” campaign. Pricing and bonus months are specific to this promotion and may not be applied retroactively or combined with other offers.

8. Modifications

WOW Carwash reserves the right to modify these terms or discontinue the offer at any time without notice. Current memberships will continue to honor the original purchase terms.
