Guest Service Attendant

Reports to the Site Manager and Assistant Manager and is trained to assist with all aspects of the car wash operation. Tasks including guiding cars on to the conveyor, ensuring clean and presentable facilities, and providing benefits of each single and membership car wash tier to Guests at the Welcome Stations. Assistant Manager

Reports to the Site Manager and assists with all operational aspects of the car wash. This role works with the Site Manager to train, encourage, and support the Team, provide above the bar Guest Service, and ensure a quality express car wash experience. Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for all aspects of the car wash tunnel and facility operations. Responsibilities include Team scheduling, day-to-day operational management, hiring and personnel management, profit & loss oversight, and providing and managing the highest level of Guest service.
