What are the benefits of a WOW Carwash membership?
With a WOW Carwash membership, you can enjoy unlimited car washes at any of our locations, special member-only offers, and a quick, hassle-free experience every time. Plus, you’ll save money compared to paying per wash!

How does the membership work?
Our memberships are monthly subscriptions. Once you sign up, your vehicle is registered in our system, and you can visit any WOW Carwash location as often as you’d like to keep your
car clean and protected.

How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up for a membership online or at any of our WOW Carwash locations. Choose the plan that best suits your needs, and you’re ready!

Can I use my membership at any location?
Yes, your WOW Carwash membership is valid at all of our locations. While your membership is active, you can visit any of our sites as often as you want.

How will I get my pass once I buy a membership online?
When you purchase an Unlimited Membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone), and your credit or debit card at WOW, and a team member will affix your Membership sticker to your vehicle
windshield. 

*Please note that the credit or debit card presented at WOW when you pick up your Membership sticker will be used for monthly recharges.

How do I update or cancel my membership?
You can manage your membership by logging into your account on our website, contacting info@wowwash.com, or texting “wowcancel” to 223-22. Memberships can be updated or canceled at any time with no long-term commitments. No refunds will be given when discontinuing a plan.

What if I get a new credit card?
You can talk with a team member at WOW or update your card information online now.

Are there any restrictions on how often I can use my membership?
Nope! With a WOW Carwash membership, you can wash your car as often as you like
every month.

Can my unlimited membership be used for more than one vehicle?
An Unlimited Membership is for one vehicle and is non-transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit WOW to update your Membership sticker.

Can I transfer my membership to a different vehicle?
You can transfer your membership to a new vehicle by visiting any WOW Carwash location and speaking with one of our team members.

What types of car washes do you offer?
WOW Carwash offers a variety of wash packages, from our basic wash to our WOW MAX with Knights Defense package, which provides ultimate protection for your vehicle. Each package is designed to fit different needs and budgets.

What is WOW MAX with Knights Defense?
WOW MAX with Knights Defense is our premium wash package, which includes the latest graphene protection technology to keep your car shiny, clean, and protected. It’s ideal for those looking for best-in-class care for their vehicle.

Do you offer detailing services?
At this time, we specialize in express exterior car washes. However, our premium WOW MAX package thoroughly cleans and protects your vehicle’s exterior. We provide free vacuums for our guests; additional products are available in the vending area.

Is WOW Carwash eco-friendly?
Yes, WOW Carwash is committed to sustainability. We use eco-friendly & biodegradable soaps and detergents, conserve water with our High-tech water filtration and reclamation systems, and recycle water during the wash process to minimize environmental impact.

Do I need an appointment for a car wash?
No appointments are necessary! Our car washes are drive-up, so you can stop by during our operating hours for a quick and convenient wash.

How long does a car wash take?
Our express washes typically take 3 minutes, allowing you to return to the road quickly with a clean car.

Can I buy a wash for someone else?
Yes! We offer gift cards and single washes that make great gifts for friends and family. You can purchase these online.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and WOW Gift Cards.

What are your hours?
Our convenient locations are open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and our support office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Holidays and system/machine issues may affect hours of operation.

Are the vacuums an extra charge?
Vacuums are always free for our car wash guests.

Vehicle Care

What is graphene, and why is it used in WOW car washes?
Graphene is an advanced material that provides durable protection for your vehicle’s paint. It creates a slick barrier that helps repel water, dirt, and contaminants, keeping your car cleaner for longer. Our WOW MAX with Knights Defense package includes this high-tech coating for long-lasting shine and protection.

Are your brushes made of cloth?
Our tunnel uses high-quality foam brushes. It will not just wash your car; it will WOW it!

What vehicles do you not wash?
We can’t wash dually trucks or trucks with fuel tanks, loose items, or debris in the back. We can’t accommodate lifted vehicles above a 7’2” clearance. Anything with a luggage rack, ladder rack, or aftermarket parts deemed unsafe cannot be washed. Tires can be no wider than 13 ½ inches.

Is the wash safe for newly painted cars?
Auto paint typically needs at least 30 days to cure before you should take it through a car wash. Consult with your body shop for curing times to be on the safe side.

Will a cracked windshield be safe in the wash?
Once the integrity of windshield glass is compromised by rock chips (even tiny ones), it becomes more susceptible to changes in temperature. Guests may wash their vehicles with windshield damage; cracks or chips may expand and spread during the process. It’s always
best to repair or replace a damaged windshield immediately.

Can I bring my car in if it has a wrap/vinyl?
At this time, we recommend going to a touchless car wash to prevent the wrap/vinyl from peeling.

What happens if my car is damaged during a wash?
Our car wash systems are designed to be safe for vehicles. However, if you believe your vehicle was damaged during a wash, please notify a team member immediately and file a claim with the management team. Please allow 48 hours from when your claim was filed to
be contacted by a representative from our Guest Services department.
