Your billing details will vary depending on the fleet program you select:

• Unlimited Fleet Program: You’ll receive a receipt showing your monthly subscription fee.

• Flex Fleet Program: Billing is processed monthly, and itemized wash activity can be viewed in the Fleet Admin Portal.

• Dealership Program: Your invoice will reflect the total washes redeemed during the previous month, with itemized details available in the Fleet Admin Portal.

The Fleet Admin Portal makes it easy to review your account activity and stay on top of your fleet’s wash usage.

We make payment simple and convenient based on your fleet program:

• Unlimited Fleet Program: Your selected payment method is automatically charged each month.

• Flex Fleet Program: Payments are processed every 30 days using your selected payment method, with a minimum commitment of 50 washes.

• • Dealership Program: Payments can be made by credit card or ACH transfer with assistance from your dedicated WOW representative.
