Website IP Addresses, Cookies, and Similar Tracking Technologies
When you use the Website, we and our Website vendors use technologies such as cookies (i.e., small pieces of data stored on your device’s hard drive by your browser), web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to automatically collect internet protocol (“IP”) addresses assigned to the computers, mobile phones, and other devices you use, your internet service provider, device ID number, approximate geographic location, browser type, Website pages, Websites you access before and after visiting the Website, and data related to how and when you use the Website (e.g., date and time stamps, clickstream data, browsing activity, and data about search terms and Websites that direct you to the Website). We employ various tracking technologies on our Website and App, including Google Analytics (GA4), the ArtsAi pixel, Dstillery pixel, InMarket pixel, Trade Desk pixel, Google Ads pixel, Meta pixel, Resonate pixel, and Yelp pixel, to gather data that helps us improve user experience and deliver targeted advertising. These tools enable us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising by understanding the actions users take on our Website. They work by placing a pixel on our pages that tracks user behavior and may be utilized for look-alike audience marketing. We may combine this Personal Information with other collected data (including other Personal Information) and data obtained from third parties and save this information to your Membership profile, WOW Account, or elsewhere in our systems. For more information about cookies, or to opt out of certain cookies, visit our Privacy Preference Center. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. Not all features or functions of the Website may work properly if you disable cookies. You cannot disable all cookies, such as cookies that are essential to the functionality of the Website.
Information collected by Google Analytics (GA4), the ArtsAi pixel, Dstillery pixel, InMarket pixel, Trade Desk pixel, Google Ads pixel, Meta pixel, Resonate pixel, and Yelp pixel, and any other pixel or tracking technology may be shared with service providers and as data is otherwise used as provided in this Notice and used in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or loan this information to any other third party for money. However, we may engage in data sharing that could be considered a “sale” under certain state laws. You have the right to opt out of any such “sale” of your data.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to control the use of tracking technologies like Google Analytics (GA4), the ArtsAi pixel, Dstillery pixel, InMarket pixel, Trade Desk pixel, Google Ads pixel, Meta pixel, Resonate pixel, and Yelp pixel, and such other pixel or tracking technology. Further, although not required by this Notice, WOW Carwash may implement a notice or prompt pop-up upon your visit to our Website regarding our use of tracking technologies and given the choice to consent to their use. Your continued use of the Website, after being presented with this option, will be considered as consent to the deployment of such technologies.
Please note that your ability to opt out of the use of pixels is governed by applicable law in your state of residence and to the extent opting out is processed by WOW Carwash, it will not prevent you from seeing ads; rather, it will prevent the ads you see from being personalized based on your behavior on our Website.
If you have any questions about our use of tracking technologies or this Policy, please contact us per Section 21 below.
Social Media
We are active on social media, including, but not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (“Social Media”). Anything you post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post (or re-post) any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages. You agree to hold WOW Carwash and its affiliates harmless and without liability for the results of any and all content you post on WOW Carwash’s Social Media.
The Website and App allow you to connect and share data with Social Media. These features may require us to use cookies, plug-ins, and APIs provided by such Social Media to facilitate those communications and features and may result in the Social Media provider sharing additional information back to us regarding you and your Social Media profile that you elect to link to your WOW Account.
The Website and App may use advertising networks and services offered by Social Media to deliver advertising content. Use of these services requires Social Media to implement cookies or pixel tags to deliver ads to you while you access the Website.
Information from third party social networking websites, including information that social networking websites provide to us if you use your credentials at such social networking websites to log into some of our Services (such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form).
The information you allow us to access varies by social networking Website and depends on the level of privacy settings you have in place at the social networking Website. You can control and find out more about these privacy settings at the applicable social networking Website.
Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those Websites and not by this Notice. We encourage you to review those policies and terms.
Account Authentication
As a convenience, we may, in our sole discretion, leverage third-party platforms, such as Google, Facebook and/or Apple, to provide login authentication to access your WOW Account or App (i.e., single sign-on). Implementation of single sign-on may require us to use cookies, plug-ins, and/or APIs provided by such third-party platforms. If you elect to use this feature, we will be required to pass through to the applicable third-party platform certain of your Personal Information, and the third-party platform may provide us additional information about you, which information we will collect and attach to your WOW Account.

The Website and App may contain videos and embedded content provided by WOW Carwash or third parties, including visible content and/or embedded feed scripts. WOW Carwash and such third parties may collect data about how you interact with such content. By watching the videos and interacting with such content, you agree to the collection, sharing, and use of such data.

You acknowledge that telephone calls to or from WOW Carwash may be monitored and recorded and you agree to such monitoring and recording. Such recording and monitoring may be for purposes including but not limited to quality assurance, training, risk management and/or collection purposes, of any call that you place with WOW Carwash (or our agents, representatives, affiliates, third parties or anyone calling on our behalf) or that WOW Carwash (or our agents, representatives, affiliates, third parties or anyone calling on our behalf) places to you. Depending on the State or locality, some jurisdictions require notice or consent prior to call recording or monitoring. You represent and warrant that you will adhere to all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and codes applicable to telephone call monitoring and recording.
Chat
Where chat features are available, we record and retain chats and we use vendors, such as Zendesk. Our vendors that support chat features only use chat communications to support and improve the customer experience.
c. THIRD PARTY LINKS AND INFORMATION COLLECTION
Users will find other content on our Website that link to the website and services of other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies, or no policy (policies) at all. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services before providing any of them with your personal information.
In our sole discretion, we may allow you to log in to some of our Services using sign-in services such as Facebook or LinkedIn. If these services are available, they will authenticate your identity and provide you with the option to share certain personal information with us, such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up/sign-in forms. For example, if you take advantage of certain of our social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, and widgets, such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Website, the applicable social networking Websites may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Websites, and may set a cookie to enable it to function properly.
d. OTHER SOURCES
- Information you provide to us at seminars or to our partners;
- Information you provide to us in surveys;
- Information that is publicly available; and
- Information you consent to us receiving from third parties.
6. COMMUNICATION OPT-OUT
General
You have the right to require us to stop using your Personal Information to send you marketing information. If you want us to stop sending you marketing information, the quickest and most efficient way is to use the provided “unsubscribe” links in our communications (although you can contact us directly if you prefer).
We, or third parties on our behalf, may use your Personal Information to deliver communications to you, either by hard copy in the mail or electronically via email, text message, or App push notifications. If you provide us more than one email or mobile phone number, you should review your communications settings for each email and mobile phone number. Opting out of communications for one email address or mobile phone number does not opt out any other email address or mobile phone number that may be associated with your Membership profile, WOW Account, or App.
For any text messages, your mobile carrier’s standard message rates and other charges will apply. All such charges for text messages are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. We will not be liable for any delays in your receipt of any text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile phone carrier. Maximum number of text messages per month will vary based on your transactions and whether you opt in to receive marketing communications from us via text.
Transactional Communications
Transactional communications contain information necessary for you to use our car wash services. Legal notices are a form of transactional communications that contain information we are required to provide you by applicable law. The number of transactional communications (whether via email or text) may vary per month. If you prefer to receive transactional communications via email, set up your WOW Account (see above). To opt out of transactional communication texts, other than legal notices, you may text STOP to 35493, 22322, 702-605-7719, 702-710-1125, or the number that appears in your transactional communication texts. We may send you a confirming message via email or text that you have been unsubscribed or have opted out. If you opt out of transactional communication texts, you will also be automatically opted out of marketing communication texts (but not legal notice texts). If you want to opt out of receiving any communications from WOW Carwash, whether transactional, marketing, or legal notices, you must terminate your Membership, close your WOW Account, and/or uninstall the App, as applicable. If you opt out of receiving all messages from us and later purchase online a retail wash as a guest or provide us with a new mobile number, you may nonetheless receive new transactional and marketing communications from us via email and/or text. Note that if you request to opt out by another means, it may take several days for your opt out to be effective, and you may continue to receive email or text messages in the interim.
Marketing Communications
If you opt in to receive marketing communications from us, you must submit your name, email, and/or mobile number. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of making any purchase. The number of marketing communications (whether via email or text) may vary per month. You may opt out of marketing communication emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You may opt out of marketing communication texts by texting STOP to 35493, 22322, 702-605-7719, 702-710-1125, or the number that appears in the message you received. We may send you a confirming message via email or text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed or have opted out. Note that if you request to opt out by another means, it may take several days for your unsubscribe or opt out to be effective, and you may continue to receive email or text messages in the interim. To opt out of other marketing communications (e.g., postal marketing and live or prerecorded call marketing), please contact us as set forth below. Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of transactional communications whether by email or text. If you want to opt out of transactional communication (other than legal notices) or all communications, please see above.
App Push Notifications
In the App, you have the option to enable certain reminders or “push” notifications, including advertisements when you are close to a WOW Carwash location, tip reminders after your service, and weather updates. If you enable push notifications, you will have the option to disable such notifications at any time.
Sweepstakes and Contests
WOW Carwash may offer sweepstakes, promotions, or contests. To participate, you must submit certain Personal Information, which may include your name, email, employer name and type, mobile phone number, physical address, work address, and other Personal Information related to the sweepstakes or contest. You acknowledge and agree that data collected via sweepstakes and contests will be (i) used to contact you with marketing communications, (ii) shared with third-party vendors to send surveys and emails on behalf of WOW Carwash, and (iii) subject to additional terms provided to you at such time. Personal Information collected via sweepstakes and contests may also need to be shared with state regulatory agencies if required for the sweepstakes or contests.

If you are located in a jurisdiction where such sharing requires your permission, we will only do so with your consent. Please note that if you access our services through a tool that hides your location, such as through a virtual private network, you may not receive our request for permission because we were not able to identify you as being located in a jurisdiction where your permission is required.
Further, our partners are prohibited from using your contact information for any purpose beyond those set forth above without your consent. We will not provide our partners with your credit card information.

We retain information for specific business and legal purposes. Sometimes business and legal requirements require us to retain certain information for specific purposes for an extended period of time.
12. “DO NOT TRACK” (DNT) REQUESTS, DISCLOSURES AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROLS
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals your preference not to be tracked online. Currently, there is no consistent industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, so we do not take action in response to DNT settings.
That said, our Website honors your browser security and privacy settings. For some browsers, you can change and turn off tracking features and other security settings in your browser.
In addition, Google Analytics offers an Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google provides a free add-on to most major browsers that you can install to prevent your data from being collected and used by Google Analytics. To learn more and obtain the Opt-out Browser Add-on visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We may collect this Personal Information directly from you, from third parties, and from your interactions with us. For additional details about the Personal Information that we collect and the sources from which we collect this Personal Information, please review Section 5 “Information We Collect” of this Policy. The Personal Information categories are:
- Identifiers, such as name, email address, address, and phone number;
- Commercial information, such as records of products or services purchased and other transactional data;
- Internet or other network or device activity details, such as technical data about your use of the Website and/or App, metadata associated with your interactions with our emails (e.g., whether and when an email is opened), collected for analytics and performance measurement;
- Geolocation data, such as your approximate location based on IP address;
- Financial information, such as payment information or financial account numbers in the process of providing you with a subscription;
- Other Personal Information, in instances when you interact with us online, by phone or email in the context of receiving help through our support channels; participate in customer surveys or contests; or otherwise in providing the WOW Carwash Operations;
- Inferences drawn from any of the above information.
We may retain this Personal Information for as long as is needed for the purpose(s) for which it was collected and no longer than is relevant and reasonably necessary. Our retention periods vary based on business, legal, and regulatory needs.
b. Business and Commercial Purposes for Collection; Disclosures for a Business Purpose
We may collect all of the above categories of Personal Information to run our business and carry out our day-to-day activities, as described in Section 7 “How We Use Collected Information” of this Policy. In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed each of these categories of Personal Information with our service providers for various business purposes, as described in Section 8 “Disclosure of Information” of this Policy.
c. Categories of Personal Information Sold or Shared for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed some of the above categories of Personal Information to third party advertising partners, such as in connection with our use of tracking technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising or by providing lists of email addresses for potential customers, so that we can reach you across the web with advertisements for our products and services. This may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under the CCPA. WOW Carwash does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares the Personal Information of California consumers under 16 years of age.
d. Your Rights
In addition to those rights set forth in Section 18 “Your Rights to Choice/Opt-Out/Erasure” of this Policy below, the CCPA may also grant you certain additional rights regarding the Personal Information we collect about you:
- Right to Know: You have the right to request to know (i) the categories of Personal Information collected, disclosed, sold and/or shared; (ii) the categories of sources from which the Personal Information was collected; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, and/or sharing Personal Information; (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we disclosed, sold, and/or shared Personal Information; and (v) the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
- Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of Your Privacy Rights: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of your privacy rights conferred by the CCPA.
To exercise this right, use the methods set forth in Section 15 “Exercise Your Rights” of this Policy below.
15. EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
If you need this Policy in an alternative format due to a disability, please contact us at 833.969.9274.
If this Policy expressly states above that you have certain rights, or applicable law grants you certain rights as it relates to the information we collect about you, you may exercise any of these rights by contacting us using the information provided below. You may submit a request to us by:
- Emailing: info@wowwash.com
- Or by following the opt out methods and processes identified above. For clarity, to exercise your rights to opt out of targeted advertising, or the “selling” or “sharing” of personal information about you, you must follow the instructions provided under the Section 13 “Opt Out” of this Policy noted above.
Additionally, you may have the right to appeal our decision regarding a request related to these rights by contacting us using the information provided below. If the appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the applicable government regulator or authority in the jurisdiction in which you are located (for example, the state Attorney General in the state in which you reside). When you submit a request or an appeal, we will limit our collection of information about you to only what is necessary to securely fulfil your request or process your appeal. Making a request or appeal does not require you to create an account with us.
To verify certain requests (for example, requests to know, access, delete, or correct) we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity and the request before providing a substantive response to the request. Some jurisdictions, depending on your location, permit you to authorize an agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. If you have a registered agent to act on your behalf, we have the right to authenticate such agent’s authority to act.
16. ACCESS AND CORRECTION
With some exceptions designed to protect the rights of others or in respect of security, you have the right to a copy of the Personal Information that we hold about you. We may make a reasonable charge for additional copies of that data beyond the first copy, based on our administrative costs. Where the data is data that you have given to us, you have the right to receive your copy of it in a common electronic format, and to provide copies of it to other people if you wish.
You have the right to have the Personal Information we hold about you corrected if it is factually inaccurate. Where you request correction, please explain in detail why you believe the personal information we hold about you to be inaccurate or incomplete so that we can assess whether a correction is required. This right does not extend to matters of opinion, such as company-specific annotations on your account/information.
17. PORTABILITY
You have the right to receive a subset of the Personal Information you provide us if we process it on the legal bases of our contract with you or with your consent in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and a right to request that we transfer such Personal Information to another party. If you wish for us to transfer the personal information to another party, please ensure you detail that party and note that we can only do so where it is technically feasible. We are not responsible for the security of the Personal Information or its processing once received by the third party.
18. YOUR RIGHTS TO CHOICE/OPT-OUT/ERASURE
If we are processing your Personal Information on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, in which case we will stop that processing unless we have another legal basis on which to continue.
You have the right to have Personal Information that we hold about you erased (the right “to be forgotten”). This right is not generally available where we still have a valid legal reason to keep the data (for example, for security reasons or because we are obliged to do so by law). You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases and servers, although we will always make reasonable efforts to do so upon your request, and we are unable to have your information removed from the records of any third party who has been provided with your information in accordance with this policy.
For more information, please contact us per Section 21 below.
Please note that to protect your privacy, we may ask you to prove your identity before we take any steps in response to a request you have made.
