WOW CARWASH SMS TERMS OF USE

Your access to, and use of, WOW Carwash’s mobile communication tools and text message services (together, “WOW SMS”) is subject to the following Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. 

Program Description:

By typing “WOW”, or otherwise accessing and using WOW SMS, you accept, without limitation, these Terms of Use.  By opting in to the WOW SMS program, you consent to receive periodic, ongoing text messages related to promotions, offers, service updates, and other relevant information from WOW Carwash. Consent not required for purchase.  Message frequency may vary. 

WOW SMS is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, WOW Carwash disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Opting Out:

You can cancel the WOW SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text “STOP” to 22322. Upon receiving your “STOP” message, we will send a confirmation SMS to verify your decision to unsubscribe. Once confirmed, you will cease to receive further SMS messages. To rejoin, you can text “START” to 22322 or opt back in via the app’s User Settings Notifications screen.

Message Delivery:

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. While we strive to provide timely and accurate information, external factors may impact the delivery of SMS messages.

Message and Data Rates:

While WOW SMS is complimentary and requires no purchase or fee for participation, message and data rates may apply for both incoming and outgoing messages, and may be billed on your mobile phone bill or other internet or data provider bill. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider and/or carrier.
