Manage your WOW Membership: Update billing, change or cancel plans, and look up your RFID member tag number.

By signing up for an Unlimited Membership plan, I authorize WOW Carwash to initiate recurring charges to my credit card account for this purchase in the amount of my selected Unlimited Membership plan’s monthly regular rate, each month.
I acknowledge, understand, and agree this authorization shall remain in effect until I cancel my Unlimited Membership by giving WOW Carwash a three (3) Business Days’ notice by emailing info@wowwash.com, texting WOWCANCEL to 22322 or by calling the membership department at 833.WOW.WASH and selecting menu option 1 or manage your plan at www.wowwash.com. For purposes of these terms and conditions, “Business Days” shall be defined as Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, except when closed for holidays. I further acknowledge, understand, and agree that WOW Carwash will not refund mid-renewal cancellations of an Unlimited Membership plan.
I also understand WOW Carwash Unlimited Memberships are registered to an individual vehicle and may not be transferred nor shared without express and written permission by WOW Carwash. I understand tampering with an Unlimited Membership sticker(s)/license could result in cancellation of the Unlimited Membership plan with or without notice from WOW Carwash. Persons with multiple vehicles must purchase an Unlimited Membership for each vehicle that the Guest wishes to wash with an Unlimited Membership plan. I understand WOW Carwash reserves the right to amend the Unlimited Membership benefits, pricing, and term or cancel my Unlimited Membership plan at any time. I further understand an Unlimited Membership plan cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or gift cards.
I also understand that if a charge to my authorized credit card is declined, my Unlimited Membership may be cancelled without notice. WOW Carwash will make a best effort to provide a thirty (30) day notice regarding changes to the terms and conditions, plan rates, or other changes to Unlimited Membership plans by posting a notice on www.wowwash.com.
