We do! You can prepay for a wash here at wowwash.com. When you come through the wash, your wash can be redeemed automatically. You don’t even have to roll down your window!
It’s very difficult to get anything really clean without contact, even with high pressure and harsh chemicals.
At WOW, we use closed-cell foam, soft-cloth material, and 100% safe biodegradable soaps to gently clean your car. Our soft cloths and foam make contact with your car, which is the best way to get it clean without scratching or dulling your clear coat finish.

Vehicles with active Memberships are eligible to wash as often as they’d like each month.
It depends. If we can’t see the paint on your car, we’re not able to wash it. That’s because after the wash, if you notice a dent or scratch, you may blame the car wash. If your car is that dirty, we recommend that you take your vehicle to a self-service wash to rinse it off just to be on the safe side!
Yes! We recycle, reclaim, and reuse all car wash tunnel water to ensure that you receive a safe, high-quality car wash that’s easy on the environment.
Yes! It’s so much better for the environment and for your car. Our car wash applies high-tech chemicals that efficiently clean dust and residue, offering added protection to your car’s finish. When people wash at home, they may end up accidentally scratching their vehicle’s finish because the towels and sponges used are not 100% clean.
A recent study shows that the average person uses more than 100 gallons of water when washing a car by hand. Our computer-controlled system uses under 45 gallons of fresh water for each wash, in addition to over 100 gallons of recycled water. Also, when you wash at home, more soap is generally used, and the soapy water goes straight into the waterways.
We can’t wash dually trucks or trucks with fuel tanks, loose items, or debris in the back. We can’t accommodate lifted vehicles above a 7’4” clearance. Anything with a luggage rack, ladder rack, greasy fifth wheel, or aftermarket parts that are not deemed to be safe are not able to wash.
Absolutely! Please make sure that the roof is properly latched unless you want a shower.
Yes! However, your car’s paint needs at least 30 days to cure before you should take it through a car wash. Consult with your body shop for curing times just to be on the safe side. FYI, paint on new cars is fully cured before delivery.
Yes. However, once the integrity of windshield glass is compromised by rock chips (even very small ones), it becomes more susceptible to changes in temperature. So, while you may wash your vehicle with windshield damage, cracks, or chips may expand during the process. It’s always best to repair or replace a damaged windshield immediately.
Any fixed factory antenna will not be harmed during the wash. Power antennas are hollow core, and will break if left in the raised position, so please lower all power antennas. WOW is not responsible for antennas that have not been lowered. Aftermarket products such as CB and cell phone antennas should be removed prior to washing.
Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for aftermarket accessories to your vehicle, including bug shields. Most customers who have bug shields wash their vehicles with no incident. However, problems can arise if the shield has prior damage or if it is made from low-grade plastic. If you’re in the market for a new bug shield, we recommend products made of Lexan, which is virtually indestructible.
UNLIMITED WASH MEMBERSHIP
Visit WOW Carwash or purchase online. Select the wash you want and pay with a credit or debit card.
The credit or debit card used when you join the Unlimited Membership will be charged monthly on your anniversary date. If you purchase an Unlimited Membership online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash to pick up your Membership sticker.

You can use your Unlimited Membership at any WOW Carwash location.
When you purchase an Unlimited Membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone) along with your credit or debit card at WOW, and a team member will affix your Membership sticker to your vehicle windshield. *Please note that the credit or debit card presented at WOW when you pick up your Membership sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.
You can discontinue your plan online or visit WOW and speak with a team member. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.
An Unlimited Membership is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit WOW to get your Membership sticker updated.
Yes. When you join the Unlimited Membership, a small RFID tag about the size of a stick of gum will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.
Got a new car or had a window replaced? No problem! See a team member at WOW and they can replace it for you.

UNLIMITED WASH MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT
Yes, to manage your plan online, you will need the 11-digit number on the Membership sticker on your windshield (it will be in the format 12345+123456). If you don’t have access to your Membership sticker, please contact us.
In order to allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.
We would be happy for you to return as an Unlimited member. Simply visit your nearest WOW Carwash or re-enroll online now.
