Leon McLaughlin, a Seattle Shoeshine Operator, founded the Clean Water Foundation in order to break the recurring cycle of sickness caused by unsafe drinking water. The foundation’s current projects are making an impactful difference – providing filtration systems and clean water sources to communities around the world such as those located in Arizona, Peru, Zambia and Cambodia.
